1. Get some lamb, & get them on some skewers or brochetters, BBQ them up alon with some spices, e.g: roll or dip them into some Xin Jian ones or some flour, dough, really hawt & spicy ones... a pic's worth a thousand words...
2. Then after its all done with or ready to eat, get them with some Teas, & rice & veggies or some other meats as such: chickens, fish, & etc, or whateva... , e.g: aubergines, eggplants, or carrots... & etc, so on, so forth....
3. Get some desserts after thats dealt with or done with all, & then get some mochi, doroyaki, chocolates, cookies, coffes, crisps or teas/tisanes, or etc...
Some second comments or inquiries concernin them? Thanks for appreciatin them for what they are! For fans of them, tis very tangy, but if or just in case not so much as a fan, then don't dabble into them... for ya sake's! XDD Please stop & think of this or take a break & think og these... I don't care for lamb at all, the few times I tried it was dry.

I'lls earch for that Xian Jian spices....sauce?, sound slike an interesting idea to have lamb brochettes.
