I have never tried them before, but it looks nice for cold weathers.
I am very used to veggies stews my mum used to prepare, except they are with beef and zuccini.
thanks for the FYI here or there, Kay.
It looks interesting. Wintermelon is something I've never tried before, and i thought it said "Watermelon" haha. Anyways, what's the taste of this dish like? Is it rather sweet? :)
Now that I think about it, never had duck either... haha
leanin or sittin on the sweet side, really too or as well.
OMG i haven't eaten duck meat in my lifetime, need to get my hands on this.
yep Jason, please do!
I've never tried wintermelons before. I'm not even sure if we have them sold nearby, or I'd definitely try to make this recipe. I love duck, and stews too, so it is a shame.
With all the cold weather coming, a stew is perfect.
along the lines of it or similar to it anyways too.
