Recipe 2: General Tao

So today's on this post is going to be on General Tao... or more precisely how to "make it..." Welcome to my brand new site... already got 7 comments, which made me happy & content....

This dish is hailed from China, its supposed to be anyways, a very healthy altho fried a wee bit.... Lets get on with it...

General Tao's main ingredients: Chicken tenders or chicken breasts... & sesame & some spices...

1.Step 1: Cleanse them with water & cut them in pieces... Roll them in the flour...

2. Step 2: Put them in a frypan, fry them till they're fried & taste them before gettin them out... & get some sesame or Chinese spices in it, stir them together, have a taste...

3. Step 3: After tastin them, get them out of the frypan & then pour over a sweet sauce.... some orange sorta sauce or some General Tao sauce.

4. Get them out & feast your palate or taste buds on it or in other words, enjoy its looks & its tastes:

Some tips for eatin it or how I enjoy it: along with rice & some BBQ veggies or Grilled veggies, makes a complete & fine meal or a wholesomer dish anyways altogether... so yeah, here ya go, enjoy it, to be eaten with forks of course & I usually get a lytchee drink for or green tea with it... Woud ya taste it? Just in case you've already did, plox tell me how ya found it... In fact, I just had some last week or a few weeks ago? I unno...

A specific sauce for each dish? I did not know that. I know that the people who live in the northern part of China like noodles and spicy food, while the south enjoy seafood and steamed food.

Yep indeed, thats the principle, or in fact, we've got sweet & spicy sauces for each & every dishes available for my own country...

It's really spicy, but it's always something I get when I get take out. If you don't mind me asking, what nationality are you?

So is this the same as General Tso's Chicken? If so than you are amazing <3

But um... how do I go about making the sauce?

So if it is the same why Tao? - and is it pronounced the same as in Tao Te Ching? If it is not the same dish how does it differ?

you don't get to make it, you just get them at some stores... XDD

That looks a lot like sesame chicken which is my favorite Chinese dish.
This seems easy enough to make.

Thanks for sharing.

Yea, I love chicken, especially the way Chinese people make it. There are many different varieties even though I mostly eat sesame chicken or chicken lo mein.
