I myself dont digg them that much, especially not the spring ones, just the imperial rolls, next up would be a wee bit about Viet cuisine like or such as: BBQ & Tonkinese soup... XDDD

Can you put pretty much any kind of meat or vegetable in a spring roll?
It looks very customizable.

What's the difference with the Imperial ones?

Anyway they look pretty healthy. I know those are of the first aliments offered in a Chinese Restaurant my mother would sample and enjoy.

If I ever get the right crepe, I would try to cook them. Once I get a stove of our own.

Me too, this looks amazing. I haven't ate these in a while so it's great that I get to learn how to make them! Especially with some sort of sauce, I think some hot sauce even might sound good, I dunno I have virtually no experience at it! Delicious stuff.

You can buy the crepes as you call them ready made at Chinese supermarkets in the uk and other places now also sell the ingredients ..I like the fried spring rolls best i did make some once and it was very messy..

I love spring rolls, but not with seafood in them! I much prefer a vegetable spring roll!
