Recipe 3: Orange's Beef à la Szechuanese

So today's on the menu is going to be about or I shall announce that its on the Orange Beef, the only sweet Szechuanese dish from my native province... its quite tasty to the tongue, I'm thinkin about gettin or orderin one just nao so yeah... so yeah, lets get on with it...

Ingredients, main: beef, orange BBQ sauce from a can or fresh or whatever takes you fancy...

1. Cleanse it & cut the beef in slices.

2. Fry them in a fryin pan of some sort.... any really & flip them ovar to fry both sides...

3. When its all golden & crispy, brush or get on some of the orange marmelade or the orangy-sweet kinda sauce... over them... or some fruity marmelades or sauces or coulées like or for instance: cherries, cranberries & grapes or citrus fruits....

4. Get in some veggies with the sauce, to make it healthier...

5. Get them out of the fryin pan when its ready to eat...

6. You may or might wanna get some orange slices on its sides too, to decorate or adorn it... usually its done liek this... or alon these lines...

7. Also ya might wanna or wish to sprinkle on or get on some spicy & hawt spices, any ya wish... XDDD Doth not matter. Or some peanuts or some other nuts to make it crunchier or crispier...

So yeah enjoy or savor it.... I'd favor it along with some juices, lytchee drinks or teas even, with extra orange sauce its better for the taste or even some rice on its side...  They can or might be gotten at some take-outs' places or ordered at some restaurants at the Chinatown...with some rice on its sides... Alternatively, you might wanna or wish to grill them instead of fryin them if to ya taste or fancy... or likin, let ya imagination run wild with it... Enjoy it, or have ya tasted evar? If so or just in case so, would ya tell me how ya found it? How ya rate it? Would ya get it again or one moar time? Below are two pix of them to enjoy with your eyes! After that, its going to be on some Korean BBQ dish...  which I really fancy! Just for the sake of it, I'll present some sauces next next up, after the Korean BBQ hawt dish... XDD

I couldn't help it but this made my mouth water. I personally don't like BBQ sauce,I hate it. I would replace that with my own kind of hot sauce if I wasn't lazy and decided to make this myself.

I'm curious Naiwen. Do you get these recipes from a different site?

Where can you get the sauce? Or is it best homemade, and if so, what ingredients go into it? I've had it before at a few places, it's delish. :)

The name itself sounds exotic. Would love to taste it if I can find it at some restaurants.
