Recipe 26: Chinese Meat Pie

So yeah, lets take it off with it nao... Chinese meat pie, its a very nice snack or eaterie to get in China or here at ya local Chinatown...

1. Get some chicken or some pork or some duck... mince it or dice it or cube it, get it in a pan/skillet or cookin tool, cook it up in a preheated some kinda pan/skillet... or stove, must be preheated (350-375 celsius...)

2. Get some dough or flour, salt it or pepper it... cook it or fry it or BBQ it, in a pan too (preheated 350-75 stove)... separetely...

3. Mix it up altogether with the chicken, pork or duck meat... put it or get it inside,,, (the meat inside the dough or flour...) add in some spices or savory herbs too if or just in case ya so wish (oregano, thyme, aneth, or whateva... like Chinese or Thai ones alon the lines of the cumin, garlic.... or similar to the curry, some onions... cut in or get in some shallots too...

4. Make some waves on top of it (with ya fingertips)... close it thus or so at least...

5. Ya could make it sweet too, it would depend on ya tastes really or honestly: add or throw in some green or red beans or sesame sauce or peanut butter sauces in thar or in it...

So yeah, how ya feel about it? Tasted it? Comments bout them? How would ya rate it? Thumbs up or down them?

Me neither, good recipe. Now about the oven , did you say 300 something degrees CELSIUS?! That's ridiculously hot! And what if my oven is in fahrenheit? :(
Anyways, looks interesting. Can't wait to try it one day.

Chinese meat pie looks like Chinese mini calzone. I love this recipe. It's easy to make, you can use any kind of meat you like and spice it however you want. It doesn't get better than that!
