Recipe 27: Fried Chips

So them, hit me or struck me as pretty a sensible chord to me, or quite touchy as well. But quite fillin, or quite a wee bit oily or greasy... so lets roll off with it or get off with its recipe... XDD I hold it dear in mine heart quite a wee bit here.... or thar...

1. Get some potatoes, color them pink, gold, red or green, shred them or cut them or dice them or mince them, red or normal, as a ya fancy... peel their skin's off, wash them in fresh water.. & get them in a fryin pan of some sort (preheated 350-75 celsius), fry them till golden or crisped or crunchy.... or tangy or tasty....

2. Sprinkle on them or get on them some spices as ya wish whislt or when fryin them: some cumin, garlic, or some curry on them or Ketchup sprinkles... or pour on some BBQ sauce or get on or brush on some sauces... like Terriyaki, & etc.... or some shrimp's powder on it... or some Dill Pickle or Onion & sour cream... season it with or spice it up with some salsa, chipotle sauce on it... or pour over or on some tobasco   sauce or top on them some: pesto sauce, pepper them or cheese them up... as ya wish really or fancy really or honestly. Or get on or brush on some pizza's spices or etc...

3. Then get them outta thar, enjoy them crips or zesty or hawt... plus add on a lemon zest too if or just in case ya fancy it or not... eat them or serve them with relish, tomato's sauce & etc...

4. Savor with drinks or juices or beverages or cocktails or teas, combine them with some fresh fruits like pineapples or oranges, citrus fruits' slices... below are some of them:

This seems like a great snack! I like the idea of colored chips. This would be good for kids parties and holidays even baby showers.

I'd love to try these, a really original variation of chips.
Do you leave them to soak in food coloring for a hour or so?

I'd guess so or I'd think so, but its as ya wish really.
