Recipes 24: Soups

Asian soups, love them in fact.... we do in fact sir or madam, have got lots of or tons of them in China: Mushroom ones, & brocolis, & oranges & etc.... lets get it off or roll it off with it.... or Shrimps... or fish soups.

1. Get some veggies like mushrooms, carrots, some cucumbers,  onions, shallots, some dumplings, premade, or homemade or handmade  ones... some veggies or some meats (chicken, or some eggs if ya wish or not), some corns, some chopsuey, Chinese ones: like or such as: fried fungis, drop in or throw in some mints leaves & etc... or sesame soups... with fish oil sauce & etc... fish. mince them out... or dice them...

2. Clean them through from inside out & from A to Z.... in fresh water... as well...

3. Get them in some pan/skillet (preheated stove to 350-75 celsius)... & then cook or boil or steam them in boilin or steamin water, till tender or moist, taste beforehand too or as well... give it a taste.... get in or sprinkle in some spices like or for example some: sesame, some curry, some garlic, some coriander, some parsley & some oil fish sauce & etc...

4. Take them out or get them outta thar after its all ready & golden... & edible to the tongue & cooked so yeah....

5. Make th' sweet, sourly, or spicy, to ya fancy or ya wish again, really would depend or depends on ya tastes... & etc... throw in spices or sugar or etc...

6. Tonkinese Viet soup: get some meat: pork/chicken or duck or beef, chopped or minced, then get it in a pot of some sort, made of clay & etc... cook them till tender (preheated 350-75, stove)... get in or throw in or drop in or include in some other herbs & spices like or such as: oregano, Viet parsley & coriander too or chili or chipotle sauceor hawt tobasco sauces... & get in some spices like chili or not... Get in or throw in some or along with some flowers like dandelions, & etc...

7. Sour & Sweet soup: Get some chicken or other meat or some veggies (brocolis, carrots, & Gingseng etc) & then throw or pour in some spices like oregano, or sauces such as vinegar & etc... boil it or cook it, & then heat it up too... make it very sourly & sweet or spicy... XDD get in some tobasco or some chipotle sauce in it... XDD

Advice for eatin them: with Rice teas or with some desserts like Mochis, or season them with some peppers, pepper mints, & some oregano, laurel leaves & etc.... & get in some other leaves or roots too like some Ginseng (boil them first hand) & etc.... What impressions hath it left on ya? Have ya sampled it sometimes? If yes or thus so, what have thought about it? Enjoy or drink with some spoons instead of chopsticks... Could be drunk or drank with sushi, rice & some Viet or Thai BBQs or noodles... in short or in essence, or in a nutshell or bottom line of the point, drink it hawt, not cold nor chilled at all... in the winter to spice up ya life & heart & mind & etc...too. How would ya rate them? Ya comments about them? Up next would be about some Asian drinks XDDD...

I kind of miss some of the stews my mum used to cook us often. It is nice to learn some alternatives to that.

I like Asian soups/stews they liquid is quite tasty and the ingredients rarely overcooked so they keep their flavour.

homemade soups do sound quite nice indeed... or stews or potages...

Sourly and spicy eggs soup, man that sounds good. I think that would be really good on a cold day! It has everything you could want in it too which makes for a hearty meal, very satifying I'm sure! Maybe with some crackers or buttered bread.
