1. Get some fermented rice, & then mull them in a sorta machine, make some spicy wine outta it too... so yeah... Shortie likes or would love it it I'd trust eh? You'll like it anyways... then get some in a pot/pan.
2. & add in the mix some eggs or some eggdrop in... or some flour, extra, or some mochi too... Japanese too by the way... or somethin alon the lines of the too in fact.
3. Cook alon with rice as well, so fermented ones, or mix in some chai spices like or as chai apples or some blossoms like or as apple, orchid, or even orange ones & etc, so forth.
4. Stir up a wee bit the pot/pan, as ya cook it or whilst ya cook it, when its ovar or done with, get it outta the pot/pan.
Then serve alon with another mulled wine, or red wine or white, make ya choice on the matter... it doth not matter at all in fact.
Pretty much in a nutshell or in essence or thats it, thats how ya make it... tips for eatin or enjoyin it alon with: some other dishes like or as fries, or some BBQ dishes, or some coffee too with it or not, at ya will or own free decision if or just in case ya wish for it... XDDD or even make some rice wine outta it too, as ya'd like... i'd trust it'd be good anyways... or some chips, or some buns... some snacks or Asian treats alon with it. Or some red beans in it... or green ones too just in case ya wish it... could get in some dried fruits as or alon the lines of: long yuans or juicy peaches too or some lychees, some prunes... into it too, "anythin ya wish really"... eaten with some chopsticks, not spoons so yeah, enjoy! Or get in or throw into it some Sakura's petals!
