1. Get some vegetarian alon with spices... or somethin alon these lines: thymes, parsley, coriander, or oregano, Jalapeno, Ketchup... cinnamon, pepper, mint or etc, flavor it thus or so.
2. Get some fruit slices: oranges, apples, pears, mangoes, & etc, so on, forth. Heat the up or microwave the up... before, after thats done, get the patty/pie in a mold, or set it in one anyways or in fact.
3. Combine or assort alon with cheese, or desserts such as or as in: some cupcakes (red velvet)...
4. Then get it in a preheated oven (350-75), get it out when its done alon with.
5. Savor or flavor with vanilla, & a hint of somethin else, then eat it alon with some drinks: Coke, Sprite, cocktails like: Sangria, or some others such as: Martini, or Ginger Ale... or Keith's or Heineken's... XDD anyways or by the way... or make a pizza outta it too or anyways... or could work well alon with some fries, or some other junkies... like or per say/as say: cupcakes, or, desserts.

Looking good, specially the patties. I am bit confused about if they should taste salty or sweet, I suppose it is the former.
They reminded of other dish, I can't remember if name but it had to do with eggs, it looked similar once cooked to your first picture.

mmm... the Thai Patty/Pie! looks like its going to be my favorite very nice texture to it great robust flavor that will go with almost anything. id suggest serving with a nice grapefruit drink like TING which is a nice fizzy grapefruit drink.
the pizza is also great and can also be served with nearly anything.
Would recommend this dish!. :D
i'd agree well alon with anythin really, theres nothin to it, nor doth it really matter...
